JusTea Starry Night is a calming, caffeine-free herbal tea crafted by JusTea®, a Kenyan tea company that’s farmer-owned and emphasizes fair trade and sustainable practices.

Brewing Tips & Yield
- Instructions: Steep 1 teaspoon in boiling water (205 °F / 96 °C) for 3–5 minutes. You can re-steep for an extended steep of about 10 minutes.
- Yield: A 70 g tin makes approximately 40 cups, and if you re-steep, you can get up to 80 cups!
Ethical & Sustainable Sourcing
JusTea is based in Kenya’s Nandi Hills and is notable for being the first small-scale, farmer-owned artisanal tea factory in Kenya. It was established through a partnership between Canadian (Bain family) and Kenyan (Katah family and Nandi Hills community) stakeholders. The Tea Board of Kenya granted the factory one of the earliest artisanal local-processing licenses.
They use fair-trade, farmer-direct practices and organic growing methods to benefit local communities.
